FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to receiving of cellular bodies. It can be used in mechanical engineering, construction. Into the melt of metal alloy it is introduced blowing agent - powder of rare-earth metals hydride, allowing dispersion from 20 up to 300 mcm and saturation rate, corresponding atomic treatment of hydrogen 0.4-1.7. After gomogenus mixing of melt and blousing agent the mixture is pulverised and cooled down corresponding the received semi-finished product. Received particles are used for manufacturing of products.
EFFECT: method provides quality improvement of semi-finished product ensured by losses reduction of hydrogen and more smooth regulation of pore formation.
