FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for manufacturing of materials for construction, aviation, automobile industry, lift industry. Powders of aluminium alloy wastes of at least single composition are mixed with foaming agent with decomposition temperature that exceeds temperature of solidus-liquidus of aluminium alloy. Mixing is carried out in high-energy mill. Solid workpiece is produced at the temperature that is below temperature of aluminium alloy solidus, workpiece is installed in mould that preserves geometry and dimensions during thermal treatment, made of material that does not chemically interact with material of workpiece. During thermal treatment heating is carried out up to the temperature of intense decomposition of foaming agent with the rate of 200-2500°C/min.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase quality of foam aluminium and to increase recovery.
