SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, tomatoes cutting and blanching, parsley leaves cutting and freezing, tofu grating, mixing of listed components with table salt and calcium ascorbate under oxygen-free conditions, packing of obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this method allows manufacturing of new canned food for dietary feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
