FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of welding, namely to methods for manufacturing of axisymmetric welded structures from aluminium alloys and may be used to weld complex structures, including combination of massive and thin-walled elements. At first supports of partitions are welded to tubular stand, and then their ends - to disk-shaped foundations. Then structure is made out of accessory and cooled down to normal temperature. Local reduction of structure rigidity is executed by cutting of partitions with a specified width of cut in areas of maximum sagging. Further edges of cut are returned into initial position and welded.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for high size accuracy, to improve manufacturability and to reduce labour intensiveness of making axisymmetric welded structures.
