FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises connection of three transmission lines with identical wave resistances, one transmission line is designed for input of SHF signal, two other ones - for output, section of transmission line with length that equals quarter of wavelength, two electronic keys in the form of field transistors with Schottki barrier and two additional identical sections of transfer line each having length that equals one eighth of wavelength, and width equals to width of transmission line at the input and distance between two sections of connected transmission lines, equal to one fourth of their width. Sources of field transistors with Schottki barrier are grounded, and constant control voltage is sent to gates from a single source. Ends of additional sections in connected transmission lines, which are arranged in close proximity of three transmission lines connection are each joined to drain of one of field transistors with Schottki barrier, besides drain of one of transistors is connected to specified end of additional section of connected transmission line directly, and drain of the other one - via section of transmission line with length that equals quarter of wavelength, the second ends of these sections of connected transmission lines are grounded.
EFFECT: increased switched power of SHF, reduced SHF losses and increased weakening of SHF signal.
