FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: double-channel SHF switch comprises three lines of transfer with identical wave resistances, one line of transfer is designed for inlet of an SHF signal, two others - for outlet, a section of a transfer line, two field transistors with a Schottky barrier. The SHF switch comprises a guided coupler in the form of a Lange bridge, a section of a transfer line and a resistor, at the same time both sections of the transfer line are made with length equal to one eighth of the wave length, and wave resistance equal to wave resistance of the transfer line at the inlet of the switch. The first end of the guided coupler in the form of the Lange bridge at its inlet is connected with the transfer line at the inlet of the switch, the second end at its outlet - with the other end of the transfer line section and simultaneously with the transfer line at the second outlet of the switch, the third end on its outlet - with one end of the additional section of the transfer line, the other end of which is connected with the transfer line at the first outlet of the switch and simultaneously with the drain of the first field transistor with the Schottky barrier, the fourth end at its outlet - with one end of the resistor, the other end of which is grounded.
EFFECT: reduced coefficient of a standing voltage wave at an inlet and in open channels of an SHF switch and reduced losses of SHF.
