FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: method warning the operator of movable object about the fact that movable object has penetrated into the transport way section which is prohibited to use for some time consists in determining the position of movable object relative to pre-set activated boundary of the section which is prohibited to use for some time. In case it is found out by means of comparison to pre-determined maximum allowable value that the activated boundary has been disturbed, the transmitting device which transmits warning signals to be processed on movable object is activated. At that, the receiving device of movable object supports several pre-determined radio communication channels, and transmitting device transmits warning signals via all pre-determined radio communication channels. The system implementing this method includes pre-activated boundary of the section which is prohibited to use for some time, the device for determining the position of movable object relative to that boundary. System includes the device comparing the distance of movable object from the boundary with pre-determined maximum allowable value, transmitting device which transmits warning signals, receiving device of movable object, which supports several pre-determined radio communication channels and devices for acoustic and/or optic transmission of warning signals.

EFFECT: reliable prevention of movable object penetration into the transport way section which is prohibited to use for some time.
