FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: micro strip SHF cards manufacturing method is based on signal transformation from computer to topological pattern of microstrip SHF cards. The method provides for cutting through metal covering of micro strip SHF card along topological pattern edge to the whole depth forming metal conductors. After that metal conductors including their side surfaces are coated with resistant layer. Finally, micro strip SHF card metal coating, which is not protected with resistant layer is etched.

EFFECT: improved quality of micro strip SHF cards, especially large dimension card due to high accuracy of topology restoration.
