SUBSTANCE: basic element has multiple conducting zones which are electrically insulated from each other by continuous oxidised zones. The multiple conducting zones have a substrate where the basic element is formed. Each continuous oxidised zone has through-holes such that the connected areas between the conducting zones are completely filled with the material of the continuous oxidised zones. Each oxidised zone is formed by an oxide which is a result of oxidation of part of the basic element, having multiple through-holes formed in it.
EFFECT: high accuracy, efficiency, sensitivity of detection and control characteristics.
