FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of new biomedical materials. Method of producing a biomimetic calcium-phosphate gelatin-modified coating on titanium alloys from a model solution of human intercellular fluid involves preparing a solution of the following composition: CaCl2 – 3.7424 g, MgCl2 – 0.6092 g, K2HPO4 – 2.8716 g, NaHCO3 – 4.5360 g, Na2SO4 – 0.0144 g, NaCl – 8.8784 g, gelatine – 4.9990–4.9970 g, obtained solution is deposited at temperature T1 = 20–25 °C and pH = 7.40 ± 0.05 for 48 hours, then precipitate is washed, filtered, dried at temperature T2 = 80–85 °C for 5 hours, from calcium-phosphate gelatin-modified powder an aqueous suspension is prepared at concentration C = 1 wt. %, suspension is applied by capillary method on titanium alloy (VT1-00), dried at temperature T= 20–25 °C for 1 hour, then said alloy is lowered into the obtained pre-model solution of human intercellular fluid for 3 days, then removed from solution and dried at temperature T4 = 20–25 °C for 24 hours.

EFFECT: invention increases adhesion and mechanical strength, high crystallinity.
