FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for making the nanosized antibiotic bleomycin delivery in mammal cells. The declared method consists in preparing a suspension containing TiO2 nanoparticles sized 3-5 nm of the concentration of 1-25 mg/ml, exposing it to ultrasound and mixed with the antibiotic bleomycin. The TiO2: antibiotic relation makes 1: (0.01-2). Then the prepared mixture is incubated in 0.1-0.5 M NaCl solution at room temperature in through mixing for min. 30 minutes.
EFFECT: technical effect of the declared invention consists in the simplified and shorter-term method for making the effective system of antibiotic bleomycin delivery into eukariotic cells, and also reducing a dose of the antibiotic having a toxic effect on a body.
