SUBSTANCE: injection moulding machine for plastics with modified screw is used for machining metals, metal alloys and composites with metal matrix. Screw 10 has shank with shaft 14. Screw shaft 14 has rear part 20, medium part 18 and front part 16. Screw rear part 20 has flights 22 to transfer material through moulding machine into screw shaft medium part. Flights 22 may be additionally made at screw front part 16. Screw is modified by removing flights at screw medium part.
EFFECT: smooth screw shaft rotation and reciprocation at high viscosity of semisolid material.
