FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic light-emitting diode devices. The organic light-emitting diode device with a predetermined drawing on its light-emitting parts has an anode, a cathode and an organic light-emitting layer. The organic light-emitting layer is configured to emit light, wherein the organic light-emitting layer has an area with lower light-emitting properties, wherein areas of the organic light-emitting layer are irradiated with light whose wavelength lies within the absorption band of the organic light-emitting layer, light intensity lower than the ablation threshold of the cathode layer, the anode layer and the organic light-emitting layer of the organic light-emitting diode device, thereby reducing light-emitting properties of the irradiated areas of the organic light-emitting layer.
EFFECT: method of reducing light-emitting properties of an organic light-emitting diode device and a method of obtaining an organic light-emitting diode device.
