FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: signal line 13 of a counter is made on an active matrix substrate 11 and is electrically connected to the electrode of the counter. A coil 14 is configured to form a loop of part of the signal line 13 of the counter in a plane which is parallel to the substrate. The coil 14 is formed using two layers of interconnections which are provided in the active matrix substrate 11.

EFFECT: high display quality of the liquid crystal screen.
