SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics. Method of continuous determination of glucose concentration is based on response, when voltage is applied to sensor, and includes stage of response voltage application, at which response corresponding to glucose is obtained; and stage of applying voltage of response absence, at which response, corresponding to glucose, is not obtained or practically is not obtained. Glucose concentration is calculated on the basis of difference between response, obtained at the stage of response voltage application, and response, obtained at the stage of applying voltage of response absence. Stage of applying voltage of inlet signal and stage of applying voltage of inlet signal absence are alternating.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and stability of glucose concentration determination.
