FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use at asphalt pavers. In control over vehicle with hydrostatic drive, engine rpm and sense of rotation are measured by transducer 518 to obtain actual signal. Said actual signal is transmitted to electronic controller 523. Control signal 536 is generated on the basis of input signal from control component 534 controlled by the user. Required signal for turning inclined disc is defined on the basis of control signal 536 from control component 534 controlled by the user. Said required signal causes motion of the vehicle at required speed in required direction. Sid actual signal is compared to required signal in electronic controller 532. Timer is started when actual signal differs from required signal. Wheel 527 is terminated when time magnitude increased in timer equals, at least, preset time interval.
EFFECT: higher safety, efficiency and asphalt compaction speed.
