FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: link-assembling line comprises forward and reverse flows of satellite trolleys moving along parallel guides for assembly of track panel links on them with process equipment arranged along the flows. At the end of the flows there are transfer units that close them with each other (transborders). A transborder is a power-driven coach moved along guides and including two-wheeled trolleys for movement on each guide. Two-wheeled trolleys are connected to each other with guides for satellite trolley tripping over and placement onto them. The two-wheeled trolley placed at the side of joining of guides for movement of satellite trolley flows and transborder guides to install the satellite trolley is equipped with wheels with flanges that exactly match the width of its guide. Remaining two-wheeled trolleys are equipped with wheels, flanges of which are made with a gap relative to the width of their guides.

EFFECT: highly efficient rhythmic flow operation of a link-assembling line without cycle losses by means of guaranteed joining with a minimum gap between guides of satellite trolley movement flows and guides of a transborder for location of a satellite trolley.
