FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical instruments can include handle case and elongated roller with clip. Clip has opposite-lying branches, located on its distal end. Handle case can contains handle and trigger element. Trigger element rotates with respect to handle and opens or closes opposite-lying branches. Displacing switch can be located in and (or) on handle case and can selectively travel between first configuration, in which opposite-lying branches move into open position, and second configuration, in which opposite-lying branches move into closed position.
EFFECT: providing possibility for surgeon to configure instrument.
