SUBSTANCE: method includes crushing substance to be solved with distribution of obtained crushed particles in the volume of dissolving liquid. In the process of crushing substance to be solved dispersion of dissolving liquid is carried out with supply of obtained air-drop dispersions into the area where crushed particles are formed with electric charging dissolving liquid by generation of corona discharge in the area where air-drop dispersions pass.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to provide uniform concentration of solution throughout the volume.
