FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device to identify damages in integrity of wire insulation comprising a test electrode in the form of a ring, which covers the insulated wire and is connected with the first output of the inductance coil and a measurement circuit. At the same time the second output of the single-layer inductance coil of the oscillating circuit is connected with a strand of the insulated wire, the test electrode is placed into the liquid medium, at the same time the oscillating circuit is galvanically isolated from the measurement circuit.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and sensitivity of measurement.
