FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises two ring-like test electrodes and measuring circuit. First electrode is connected with first terminal of oscillatory circuit of inductance. Second electrode is connected with second terminal of oscillatory circuit of inductance. Electrodes are placed in fluid, preferably, distilled water or ethanol. Oscillatory circuit is galvanically isolated from measuring circuit.
EFFECT: higher accuracy, sensitivity and article yield.
