FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to biology and medicine, namely to the field of biological-chemical analysis, and makes it possible to define qualitative or quantitative presence of a ligand in a sample. Essence of invention consists in a method of determining content of molecules of, at least, one type of the ligand in the sample, in which selected is either an agent or a carrier, which has a blocked object, unable to specifically interact with the ligand to be identified and which takes part directly or indirectly in production of a detectable signal, and change of the detectable signal, by which the ligand in the sample is identified is influenced either by space or space-electrostatic blocking of the said blocked element.
EFFECT: technical result in application of the invention consists in increasing the method sensitivity to the ligand to be identified, reduction of the time of the analysis, reduction of the amount of required reagents for carrying out the analysis, increase of convenience of the analysis carrying out , providing possibility of the analysis carrying out, including the analysis in field conditions.
