SUBSTANCE: electron-beam welding is carried out with operative control of the electronic beam specific power and focusing degree, at that the welding is made with electronic beam oscillation within the frequency range from 300 up to 2000 Hz according to sinusoidal or linear law; in the process of welding the secondary current signal in electron collector circuit is measured and subjected to filtration and rectifying, Then the filtered and rectified secondary current signal or input signal is processed by synchronous storage method and the delay time of this signal is measured in regard to current signal in deflecting coils. At that the focusing current is controlled by maintenance of the above delay value at permanent level corresponding to the preset value of the electronic beam specific power.
EFFECT: improving quality of welded seam in the mode of deep penetration by oscillating electronic beam.
