FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The chewing gum base contains 3-30 wt % of elastomer, 0-32 wt % of elastomer solvent and 0-8% of paraffin wax. The produced chewing gum base has polarity index less than 2.00 MPa1/2. Additionally, the said chewing gum base and chewing gum production method are proposed.
EFFECT: in case of the proposed base introduction into the chewing gum composition, the invention allows to manufacture chewing gum removable from concrete and cement surfaces.
