FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ICEs fuel injection. Electronic control unit is incorporated with diesel engine equipped with two master circuits each actuating the injector to vary the amount of excitation energy fed to injector proceeding from its operating conditions. During excitation energy amount variation, electronic control unit develops excitation circuit for fuel injection, fuel injection termination at pre-changed amount of excitation energy and varies excitation circuit excitation energy amount not involved in fuel injection. Fuel injection control device allows varying the excitation energy for actuation of two excitation circuits without changes in injected fuel amount.

EFFECT: changed excitation energy with no change in injected fuel amount.
