FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: bioemulsifier is obtained by destruction of cell walls of a biomass of cyanobacteria, series addition to the obtained product of chloroform, methanol, a water solution of ammonia sulphate with alternating mixing of mixtures formed after each addition. The obtained product is mixed with chloroform and the water solution of ammonium sulphate; the formed mixture is exposed at simultaneous mixing; then, exposure without any mixing is continued. A chloroform layer is separated and subject to centrifugation so that a clean chloroform layer is obtained. A bioemulsifier is separated from the latter.
EFFECT: invention allows creating a method characterised by a simple technology and obtaining a bioemulsifier having improved operating characteristics, namely an improved emulsifying ability, as well as increasing its yield.
