FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics. An ophthalmic and uterine resistance is determined in the 22-32-week pregnant women by ultrasound dopplerography. An optic disk area is additionally determined by ultrasonography. A preeclampsia coefficient P is calculated by formula: P=Ro×Ru×Sod, wherein Ro is the ophthalmic resistance, Ru is the uterine resistance, Sod is the optic disk area. If the preeclampsia coefficient P is more than 0.75, the pre-clinical stage of preeclampsia is diagnosed.
EFFECT: technique provides the higher diagnostic accuracy of the preclinical stage of preeclampsia by determining the clinically significant ultrasonic criteria of the given pathology.
