SUBSTANCE: reaction mixture for producing narrow-band blue-emitting phosphor includes the following components, wt %: strontium peroxide 7.53-11.17; calcium oxide 1.76-3.51; europium oxide (III) 2.35-2.36; magnesium oxide 5.56-5.64; aluminium oxide 42.95-43.41; aluminium metal 14.54-14.68; sodium perchlorate 21.67-22.87.

EFFECT: invention improves lighting parameters, particularly luminous intensity of the blue-emitting phosphor, and also simplifies production thereof in self-propagating high temperature synthesis mode.
