FIELD: electronic industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electronic industry and can be used in the manufacture of semiconductor light-emitting devices, as well as luminescent paint coatings intended for operation in the Far North and the Arctic. First, raw materials are prepared, from which a reaction mixture containing powders of strontium oxide, rare-earth metal oxide and electroexplosive aluminum nanopowder is prepared by dry mixing. Powders of strontium oxide and electroexplosive aluminium nanopowder are used in mass ratio of 1:4. Stirring is carried out until achieving a homogeneous colour of the mixture. Prepared mixture is poured into a ceramic crucible and its components react in the mode of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis. Obtained product is cooled to room temperature in conditions of free access to atmospheric air.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the method of producing luminescent material, reduces power consumption and reduces synthesis time.
