SUBSTANCE: vitrectomy is performed. At the stage of sterile air packing, the pre-administered viscoelastic is rubbed down the posterior surface of an IOL until the condensed fluid if formed on the posterior surface of the IOL with the posterior capsulorhexis performed and lens opacification observed is completely removed.
EFFECT: method enables improving the eye ground visualisation and promotes the faster and high-quality surgical outcome.
