FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of electric machines and can be used in electrical engineering when making rotors of self-braking asynchronous electric motors. At manufacture of magnetic conductor of rotor induction motor self-breaking ferromagnetic powder is mixed with liquid binding agent, produced mixture is placed in mold and compacted in axial direction. Inside mold is filled with layer of homogeneous mass, having reduced magnetic permeability and consisting of liquid binding substance with ferromagnetic powder. After atop it symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of electric steel insert is made in form of hollow thin-wall truncated cone base diameter equal to inner diameter of mold, with further inside cone of same homogeneous mass. In cavity between mold and insert, and above upper edge insert is filled with homogeneous mass of liquid binding substance with ferromagnetic powder with high magnetic permeability.

EFFECT: possibility of changing and obtaining required degree of axial anisotropy.
