SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cell technologies. Described is human cells population expressing markers specific for line of pancreatic endoderm, wherein above isolated human cell population produced by culturing line of human embryo stem cells, selected from group comprising H1 (code NIH: WA01), H7 (code NIH: WA07) and H9 (code NIH: WA09) (WiCell Research Institute (WiCell)) in medium added with protein kinase C activator, more than 60 % of cells in cell population expressing markers specific for line of pancreatic endoderm simultaneously express PDX1 and NKX6.1, and wherein cells in cell population expressing markers specific for line of pancreatic endoderm, expressing CDX2.

EFFECT: invention extends range of human cell lines.
