SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. System of mobile communication data transmission to and/or from mobile communication device, comprising: one or more base stations, designed to transmit data on or from the mobile communication modules by means of wireless access interface in one or more frequency bands, and one or more base stations, to provide a plurality of logically separate carrier for transmitting data on mobile communication modules, each of logically separate carriers includes physical resources in one or more frequency bands wireless access interface; the first group of one or more mobile communication modules configured to communicate with one or more base stations by means of at least the first carrier from the plurality of carriers; and the second group of one or more mobile communication modules configured to communicate with one or more base stations by means of at least a second carrier from multiple carriers. One or more base stations are configured to provide general information on the first carrier, and the general information is general information for at least one mobile communication device in the first group and at least one mobile communication device in the second group. One or more base stations are configured to provide information on dedication of resources on the first carrier, the information on dedication of resources includes indication of location of the general information in the first carrier. One or more base stations additionally configured to provide information on dedication of resources on the second carrier, the information on dedication of resources includes indication of location of the general information in the first carrier. At least one mobile communication module in the second group is configured to receive information on dedication of resources on the second carrier and obtain access to general information, provided by one or more base stations on the first carrier.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing general control information for terminal devices of various types.
