SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding/decoding technologies. A method of decoding video is disclosed. Method involves step of obtaining information on displacement of slice which indicates whether to apply shift for current slice. At that, when information on displacement of slice indicates that shift is applied, obtaining information on left fusion displacement of current unit of blocks included in current slice, by performing entropy decoding above bit stream using predetermined context mode. When information on left fusion shift indicates that offset parameter of current unit is determined in accordance with left unit shift parameter, displacement of current block is defined using left unit offset parameter.

EFFECT: reduced volume of data owing to compensation of recovered pixels of current block using offset parameter of current unit.
