SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and immunology. Disclosed is a method of producing polyspecific antibodies, including a full-size antibody specifically bound to a first antigen and consisting of two heavy chains and two light chains of antibody, and one or more single-chain fragments Fab bound with one or more additional antigens, wherein said single Fab fragments are bound with said full-size antibody through a peptide connector at C-end of heavy or light chain of said full-size antibody, wherein peptide connector has a structure (GxS)n or (GxS)(G)m, where G = glycine, S = serine, and (x = 3, n = 3, 4, 5 or 6 and m = 0, 1, 2 or 3) or (x = 4, n = 2, 3, 4 or 5 and m = 0, 1, 2 or 3). Polyspecific antibodies produced by disclosed method have good stability and low tendency to aggregation.

EFFECT: method of present invention can be used in preparing medicinal agents.
