SUBSTANCE: described is a method of producing a protein of interest, involving introduction of at least one expression vector, which contains gene fragment containing DNA coding protein, and also a pair of transposon sequences Tol1 or Tol2 on both ends of a gene fragment in a mammal cell suspension CHO and suspension culturing of mammal cells, where mammal cell suspension is a CHO cell suspension, which is capable of surviving and proliferating in serum-free medium. Invention also discloses corresponding suspension cell and a vector.
EFFECT: invention allows for short period of time effective and high level of producing protein.
