SUBSTANCE: method is implemented as follows: after skin pieces are fixed, they are cut at a temperature of 18-20°C with a microtome knife, treated with 50% potassium hydroxide for 15 hours, cell material is homogenized by a water jet from a Pasteur pipette, followed by suspending, cell material homogenization and centrifuging cycles are repeated at least five times at 1500 rpm for 5 minutes, to reach the supernatant fluid pH level of 4.0-5.0, smears of the resulting suspension are prepared.
EFFECT: reduced costs of isolated dermis cells allocation, the possibility of obtaining better cell isolates due to higher concentration of cells.
