FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: stand contains a body in the form of upper and lower rectangular plates, between which resilient elements of different rigidity are placed. Cylindrical screw resilient elements are fixed by means of pins to both plates. Rubber resilient elements form a closed contour along the perimeter of the lower plate. One resilient element is installed in the center of the lower plate. All rubber resilient elements have different heights. Every cylindrical screw resilient element is made as a spring with built-in damper. The spring is made of screw cylindrical form and consists of two parts with facing ends. The first spring part has the rectangular section turns with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The facing end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The contacting spring parts segmental profile gaps are filled with antifriction lubricant. The packing seal is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent the lubricant leakage. The first part of the screw spring is enclosed by the tube from the damping material, for example, polyurethane. As an antifriction lubricant, a lubricant for friction units is used, containing mineral oil and a lubricating additive.

EFFECT: increased vibration isolation efficiency.
