SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the risk of developing hypertension in individuals of Russian nationality who are natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation and are not relatives to each other. Peripheral venous blood is collected, DNA is isolated, and polymorphic loci PLCE1, CERS5, BAG6, and RGL3 are analyzed. When identifying a combination of genotypes rs932764 GG PLCE1 × rs7302981 GA CERS5 × rs805303 GG BAG6 × rs167479 TG RGL3 a high risk of developing hypertension is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides new criteria for assessing the risk of developing hypertension in individuals of Russian nationality who are natives of the Central Black Earth Region of the Russian Federation and are not relatives to each other, based on data on the combination of genotypes of the PLCE1, CERS5, BAG6 and RGL3 genes.
