FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method of chemical-thermal induction treatment of small-sized products from alpha-titanium alloys includes induction heating, holding and subsequent cooling in air. Induction heating is carried out in the oxidation chamber to a temperature 1,000-1,200°C at the current frequency 90±10 kHz, and the consumed secific electric power of 0.2-0.4 W/kg in an oxidizing atmosphere at a pressure of 0.1±0.05 MPa with oxygen content of 15 to 25 wt %, and holding is carried out for 0.5-2 minutes.

EFFECT: increased limits of elasticity, yield and strength of small-sized products from alpha-titanium alloys, including of medical purpose.
