SUBSTANCE: elastic chambers connected to the air supply devices are placed in the lateral parts of one of the receiving beds of the bilateral intra-oral mouth guard for the lower jaw. In the opposite receiving bed of the mouth guard, the impression material in a plastic state is placed. The bilateral mouth guard is injected into the mouth cavity between the teeth of the upper and lower jaws, so that the receiving beds matched the dental series of the upper and lower jaws. After impression hardening, the mouth guard is reliably fixed in the mouth. Diagnostic pneumostimulation of the maxillo-facial area tissues is performed at a frequency of 1 to 15 Hz, with simultaneous recording of the maxillo-facial area muscles response by means of electromyography. Optimal frequencies for further impact, causing a response of the maxillo-facial area muscles, are chosen and an individual mode of pneumostimulation is programmed that is performed for five days with a duration of up to five minutes.

EFFECT: method allows intraoral pneumostimulation of the maxillo-facial area tissues with reliable fixation elastic chambers filled with air and control of pneumostimulation effectiveness with the choice of individual therapeutic regimens for the patient.
