SUBSTANCE: test system containing synthetic oligonucleotide primers, representing the nucleotide sequences SEQ ID NO:1-192 and 64 single-nucleotide polymorphic markers of X chromosome. This set of markers has sufficient informativeness for genetic examination in the territory of the Russian Federation and consists of two groups of markers capable of multiplexing.
EFFECT: effective use in complex cases in kinship examination in forensic and forensic identification practices.
