FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: submersible alpha-particles detector based on the diamond sensitive element in the form of plate, featuring that contacts, creating an electric field in a volume of diamond sensing element, are made in the form of a three-dimensional mass of buried graphite electrodes. Three-dimensional mass of buried graphite electrodes is formed in diamond plate from the side of face inverted to detector, and the diamond sensitive element in the form of a plate is pressed in a sealed enclosure of the detector in such a way as to the opposite to electrodes face plate was turned to the investigated environment.
EFFECT: increasing the sensitivity of detector, expanding the range of detected particles, simplifying the design.
