FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparing a powder mixture and mechanical synthesis of the mixture in a planetary mill. The powder mixture is prepared by mixing of powder of high-temperature nickel-based alloy as a matrix powder and a powder of reinforcing nanoparticles of MeCN and/or MeC, where Me is Ni, Ti, Ta, Mo, Hf, V, Si. Mechanical synthesis of the mixture is carried out in the planetary mill at rotation rate of 200-250 rev/min for 15-30 min in argon medium in grinding dishes using grinding steel balls SHH15 of 5 mm diameter. The ratio of mass of mixture to be treated and balls is 1:8, and the ratio of the volume of balls to the volume of the grinding dish is 1:5.
EFFECT: preparation of core-shell type powder composition with uniform point distribution of reinforcing nanoparticles along the surface of the spherical granules of the powder of the high-temperature nickel-based alloy.
