FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant aluminosilicate glass fibres having the following composition, wt %: SiO2 - 52-60, Al2O3 - 14-16, Fe2O3 - <0.4, Na2O - 0.03-0.3, K2O - 0.3-0.7, CaO - 20-22, MgO - 0.4-0.8, TiO2 - 1-5, BaO - 0.5-3, SrO - 0-2, ZrO2 - 0-3, CuO - 0-1. The total proportion of alkali metal oxides in total is a maximum of 1.0 wt %, with the total proportion of oxides of SrO, CuO, ZrO2 is in the range of 0.1 to 4.0 wt %, and wherein the heat-resistant aluminosilicate fibreglass has a transformation temperature of >760°C and the fibre formation temperature of <1260°C, preferably <1230°C. Residual tensile strength of glass fibres with a diameter of 9 to 15 mcm after the thermal load of 760°C is in the range of 10% to 15% compared to the initial tensile strength at room temperature. The invention also relates to a method of producing heat-resistant aluminosilicate fibre glass and to its application. The invention is developed in the dependent claims of the invention formula.
EFFECT: production of heat-resistant aluminosilicate fibre glass with improved performance properties.
