SUBSTANCE: portable damper device for extinguishing one smoking article at one time contains an external container; inner sleeve; a hole of such a size that it allows one smoking article to be placed in the inner sleeve; and a cover for closing the absorber, the inner sleeve being inside the outer container and at least partially detached from the outer container, at least one slot extending substantially along the entire length of the inner sleeve is formed in the inner sleeve to allow passage of the fluid between the inner sleeve and the outer container so that the fluid can freely flow between the inner sleeve and the outer container during normal operation of the absorber and the lid, when closed, prevents release of fluid medium from the damper.

EFFECT: providing increased heat dissipation and reduced damping time.
