FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: usage: to form structural formations from micro- and nanoparticles on substrates. Invention consists in that, by the method of ordering the arrangement of nanoparticles on the surface of a substrate by moving them by laser radiation, in accordance with the invention, the nanoparticle substrate on the surface is irradiated multiple times with laser beam pulses with an intensity distribution over the irradiated region repeating the necessary arrangement of the nanoparticles, and the intensity at the maxima is sufficient to excite a pulse of excess pressure in the medium in them.
EFFECT: technical result: provision of the possibility of obtaining an ordered layer of nanoparticles in the form of a one-dimensional grid made up of rows of nanoparticles on the surface of a dielectric or semiconductor substrate.
