Arbitrator of the priorities of the multiple requests contains N groups of external inputs of the queries IZ1, IZ2, …, IZN, each of which contains M bits of priority rank (the highest rank of priority has the highest M-th bit, the senior priority has the older group IZN), the first group of N external outputs of pointers of highest priority group U1, U2, …, UN, the second group of M external exits of priority ranking pointers in the group OZ1, OZ2, …, OZM, group of (N-2) OR elements 41, 42, …, 4(N-2), the first group of (N-1) inhibition AND elements with one inverse input 51, 52, …, 5(N-1), group of M NOR elements 61, 62, …, 6M, the second group of (M-1) inhibition AND elements with one inverse input 7₁, 7₂, …, 7_(M-1), inverter 8 and a group of N blocks of priority analysis channels 1₁, 1₂, …, 1_N, each of which contains element OR 3 and group of (M-1) elements AND 2₁, 2₂, …, 2_(M-1), moreover, every v-th element AND 2_v (v = 1, 2, …, (M-1)) contains (M-v + 1) inputs.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing of data transmission rate.
