Priority arbiter of multichannel queries contains N groups of external inputs of queries IZ1, IZ2, …, IZN, each of which contains M bits of priority rank (highest priority is assigned to the senior group IZN, and the senior rank of the priority has the highest M-th rank), first group of N external outputs of the high priority group pointers U1, U2, …, UN and the second group of M external outputs of pointers of the senior priority rank in the group OZ1, OZ2, …, OZM, first group of N elements OR 1₁, 1₂, …, 1_N, first unit of the upper unit indicator containing the second group of (N-2) OR elements 3₁, 3₂, …, 3_(N-2) and the first group of (N-1) AND inhibition elements with one inverse input 4₁, 4₂, …, 4_(N-1), matrix of elements AND 5ij, consisting of i rows of j elements AND in each line (where i=1, 2, …, N, j=1, 2, …, M), third group of M elements OR 6₁, 6₂, …, 6_M and a second index block of the higher unit 7, containing a fourth group of (M-2) OR 8₁, 8₂, …, 8_(M-2) and a second group of (M-1) AND inhibition elements with one inverse input 9₁, 9₂, …, 9_(M-1).
