FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and preservation industry. Method for preparing watermelon honey is suggested, including the release of watermelon pulp from rinds and seeds, juice squeezing from a rind, its boiling and bottling, in 2.5–3 hours after boiling start, chili pepper in pods is added in an amount of 0.7–1.0 % of the initial mass, and the boiling is conducted to the state of a thick drop.
EFFECT: invention improves food and biological value of the finished product.
